Cayuga County is circulating this RFP to solicit Qualifications and Fee Proposals for an environmental project manager to assist the County with analyzing the causes and origins of the vermiculite migration into the County Office Building (“COB”)and recommending mitigation and/or alternatives. Assist and oversee recommendations on removal/disposal of COB contents (office equipment, files, etc.) from the interior of the COB, analyzing costs, assisting County Leadership in decision making related renovation, demolition, and remediation.
