Summary of Specifications:
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Broome County invites proposals to provide website design/development for the County’s main public website. Broome County will oversee the project development. The goal of this project is a complete rework of the current website (www.GoBroomeCounty.com) to better promote the County for economic development and marketing purposes, as well as to serve as a resource for useful information to the general public. The selected vendor will be responsible for all design, development and content and for the new website. County representatives will work with the selected vendor to develop a site outline but the vendor will generate initial writing and content. Once launched, day-to-day management of the website will be handled by Broome County. 

PROJECT BUDGET Only proposals with a budget of $100,000, or less for the work specified in this RFP will be considered. Proposals with a budget exceeding $100,000 will be considered non-responsive.
