Summary of Specifications:
PURPOSE Broome County Information Technology is soliciting proposals from qualified companies for 2 full time (40 hours/week) individuals to work alongside of County Hardware Technicians to assist them with the day-to-day support of the County’s PCs, Tablets, and other peripherals in use by County Employees. OBJECTIVE Working under the direct guidance of the Hardware Tech Coordinator to provide onsite support of various pieces of hardware and software used by County Employees. Including, but not limited to installation, maintenance and problem resolution.
