RFP-2014-079 - Medical Transcription Services

Summary of Specifications:
The Willow Point Nursing Home is currently seeking medical transcriptions services for a minimum of six (6) attending physicians. The monthly estimated usage to be transcribed is approximately 14,500 lines. This is an estimate only and is not to be considered a minimum or maximum amount for this contract. A transcribed line shall constitute a total character count (including spaces) from the word count feature within Microsoft Word. This number will be divided by 65 and the result will equal the line count. Exclusive of pre-programmed lines, e.g. headers, footers, macros, space bar, carriage return, not requiring character entries. A character is defined as any keystroke entered on a line, including spaces. Contractors are to bill at the price per line as described above.
