Summary of Specifications:
Broome County requires a 3 day pick up schedule of Monday, Wednesday and Friday (excluding Holidays). The deposits will be made into an existing Broome County M&T account. A typical cash deposit from fares would be $800- $1000 in coin and $3000- $4500 in bills. There could also be deposits for payments on invoices, sales of bus passes or rent payments from vendors at the Bus Terminal. These could be cash or checks. Broome County desires to contract for the following types of services relating to money processing: ► Pickup and delivery of currency and coin ► Bank deposits and delivery ► Counting and sorting. ► Vaulting ► Bank services ► Reconciliation ► Deposit processing ► Secure transportation ► Information reporting
