RFB-2013-077 - JOURNEYMAN MASONRY SERVICES

Summary of Specifications:
Bids shall be received for the services of one JOURNEYMAN MASON to perform various work as directed by the various County Departments, under the supervision of designated Broome County employees, on an AS NEEDED basis. Work shall consist of maintenance, repair, and light construction in and around County buildings. Transportation during the course of work shall be provided by the vendor. Upon completion, the work shall be subject to inspection by, and approval by, designated Broome County employees of the various Departments who elect to use this contract. Supplies and materials to be used hereunder will be a purchase or procurement, therefore, not subject to sales or compensating use taxes. Contractor shall obtain all necessary resale exemption certificates for the performance of work covered by this contract.
