RFQ-JF-2015-057 - COURT LIAISON PSYCHOLOGIST

Summary of Specifications:
The Broome County Mental Health Department (BCMHD) is seeking proposals from Eligible Individuals for “Court Liaison Psychologist consulting services” (Psychologist(s)) to form a qualified supplier list. Psychologist(s) will perform Criminal Procedure Law (CPL) 730 examinations and CPL 390.30 examinations at the Broome County Public Safety Building (Broome County Jail) or at the Court Liaison Offices at the Broome County Mental Health Department. Psychologist(s) will conduct Mental Health Evaluations for Broome County Court, Municipal Courts within Broome County and Broome County Family Court, and will maintain communication with necessary individuals (Defense Attorneys/Public Defenders, District Attorneys, Judges/Court Clerks, etc.). On occasion, Psychologist(s) will appear in court to testify on their findings.
