Summary of Specifications:
The Broome County Office for Aging (BCOFA) is seeking proposals from Registered Dietitians for providing consulting dietitian services to the Broome County Office for Aging. The successful proposer will be required to assist the Broome County Office for Aging and its Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) support seniors and their families by promoting health,wellness, and independence. The successful proposer will be required to make home visits to those designated in need of nutrition counseling, attend home delivered meal routes, and visit senior centers in the course of providing services.
