Summary of Specifications:
It is the intention of Broome County Government to contract the services of a professional auctioneer to serve as the Auctioneer for Broome County's Annual Surplus Auction that is normally held on a Saturday in September at the Broome County Highway Department. The setup days for Broome County and all participating Non-Broome County Political Subdivisions will be the preceding week with the Friday before the Auction reserved for Broome County Audit and Control to verify auctioneer lot numbers against county tag numbers.

BROOME COUNTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SELL, ON LINE, INDIVIDUAL ITEMS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS. BROOME COUNTY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEND INDIVIDUAL ITEMS TO OTHER AUCTIONS PROVIDED BY THE WINNING AUCTIONEER ON AN AS NEEDED BASIS.
