Description

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University (herein after referred to as “NYSCC”) to solicit proposals for the design and installation of new gallery lighting systems in our Fosdick Nelson and Turner Galleries in the Harder Hall building on our campus.

Please note: Both of these galleries are used consistently throughout the year. We have freed the time period from 7/23/2025 - 8/22/2025 for this work to be completed. It must be completed during this time frame so as to not adversly impact the University's contractual commitments for the use of the galleries.

There are video tours of both galleries embedded in the RFP document. However, we are offering an additional in-person walk through of both galleries. While this is an optional event, we do encourage you to attend so that you can get a better feel for the spaces and for the project.
