The bid documents are a USB drive and require a $10.00 deposit, checks are to be made out to Albany County Director of Finance. This is a refundable deposit. If a second USB drive is required, there is a $5.00 non-refundable service fee. The documents are to be obtained from the Albany County Purchasing Division, 112 State Street, Room 820, Albany, NY 12207. You may email a request to have the documents sent to you. In the email, please supply your fedex or UPS account number, a copy of the check you are sending and the complete name and address where the bid documents are to be sent.
