Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Department of Public Works is requesting bids for Sand Abrasives for Icy Pavement. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check in the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) United States currency drawn upon a National or State Bank or trust Company, to the order of the Director of Finance, Albany County, or a bond. A separate Performance Bond, or its equivalent, equal to seventy-five percent (75%) of the total bid amount shall be required by the Successful Bidder.
