Summary of Specifications:
Utilizing a grant from the New York State Homeland Security Program, Albany County seeks a Production Company to create media materials including commercials to promote citizen and family preparedness in Albany County. The Albany County Department of Health will conduct an awareness campaign to targeted audiences to enhance citizen awareness of the importance of preparing for emergencies and the actions necessary to achieve this. Through this RFP, the County seeks to contract with a qualified production company to produce a media campaign; including casting and coordinating talent, directing and shooting four (4) high quality regional HD thirty (30) second TV commercials, including one in Spanish, and cast accordingly.
