Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is requesting sealed bids for a seating improvement project at the Pepsi Arena, located at 51 South Pearl Street, Albany, NY 12207. Work consists of replacement of the existing telescopic seating system and rehabilitation of existing fixed lower level seating. Bids will be considered for either or both portions of work. A site visit will be conducted on Thursday, February 16, 2006. Bidders will convene at 10:00 a.m. at the Pepsi Arena box office.
