Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is seeking proposals for Parent Partner services as requested by the Albany County Department for Children, Youth and Families. Albany County is requesting proposals to provide Parent Partner services with a focus on outreach and caregiver engagement, support and advocacy as they interface with the formal service delivery system. This is to include collaboration with families during the decision-making and planning process. It is believed successful outreach, engagement, and support will safely reduce the need for higher levels of care, including out of home placement.
