Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Department of Mental Health has been allocated $167,130 for a demonstration project to develop ten (10) new adult Supported Housing units with medical assistance and wrap around supports, from the New York State Office of Mental Health. In calendar year 2012 there will be $167,130 to develop unit specific housing for Albany County residents returning from Rensselaer County (Fawnridge Adult Home) and for those Albany County residents who would otherwise be referred to an adult home including Rensselaer County’s (Fawnridge Adult Home) from CDPC and Albany County.
