Summary of Specifications:
A coalition of organizations, municipal leaders and others has created an Albany County Housing Trust Fund ("HTF") to be used to meet affordable housing needs throughout the county, identified funding priorities and developed the following funding application process with the initial round of funding awards totaling $304,700 made in 2007. In 2008 Albany County has appropriated $325,000 to be used by the HTF for affordable housing funding awards to be made in summer of 2008. This year a new "Performance Based Option" is available for those applicants choosing to use it in the post award processing of their application. This document contains the Application Criteria, format and required application forms as well as additional information regarding the review process and sample agreement form.
