RFP-2010-113 - Management & Operation of the Food Service Department

Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is seeking proposals for The Management and Operation of the Food Service Department and/or Management and Operation of the Inmate Commissary Program as requested by the Albany County Correctional Facility. 

It is the goal of the County of Albany to provide professional management of food service operations for the inmates and staff of its Correctional Facility and Professional Management of the Inmate Commissary Program. It is their further goal that the services meet nationally recognized standards, and that they be provided by competent credentialed professionals under a program managed by professional administrators in a manner that ensure cost-effective results. To this end, the Albany County Correctional Facility is seeking Proposals from qualified firms specializing in large scale Food Service Operations and Inmate Commissary Operations.
