Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is requesting sealed bids for an Escalator Replacement Project at the Albany County Civic Center (Pepsi Arena)/ Empire State Plaza Walkway. 

Plans and specifications may be obtained from the Albany County Purchasing Division, 112 State Street, Room #940, Albany, NY. There is a refundable $50.00 plan deposit and a non-refundable $5.00 service fee for each set of documents obtained. If paying by check, separate checks must be provided. 

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 24, 2006. Bidders will convene in the Albany County Department of General Services offices, 112 State Street, Room #600, Albany, NY.
