RFB-4086 - Elevator Modernization and Lobby Renovations

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids for elevator modernization and lobby renovations at Albany County offices as requested by Albany County General Services will be received by the Albany County Purchasing Agent, Room 940, 112 State Street, Albany, NY until 11AM local time on Thursday, May 6, 2004. A $50 deposit and $5 service charge are required for each set of bidding documents. Two checks, one in the amount of $50 and the other in the amount of $5, shall be made payable to the Albany County Director of Finance. Two pre-bid conferences will be held: Tues., 4/20 @ 10AM @ 112 State St., Rm 600 and Tues., 4/27 @ 2PM @ 112 State St., Rm 600, Albany, NY. Five Percent (5%) bid security and a 100% performance bond will be required.
