Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Residential Health Care Facilities are requesting proposals from qualified individuals or agencies to provide Cosmetology Services to residents of the Albany County Nursing Home and the Ann Lee Home. The Albany County Residential Health Care Facilities comprises two long-term care skilled nursing facilities: Albany County Nursing Home, a four hundred twenty-bed nursing home and the Ann Lee Home, a one hundred seventy-five-bed nursing home with an additional two respite servce beds. The Facilities currently operate at approximately 93% capacity. There will be a pre-proposal meeting held on Monday, September 13, 2004 at 10:00A.M. at the Albany County Nursing Home, at 780 Albany-Shaker Road, Albany, N.Y.
