Summary of Specifications:
Utilizing a grant from the New York State Homeland Security Program, the Albany County Department of Health is seeking proposals from qualified research consultants to conduct a public phone survey of Albany County residents 18 years and older.

The purpose of the survey is to assess the current level of personal/household preparedness in Albany County and to measure the public’s knowledge, attitudes and behaviors as they relate to preparing for a range of emergencies/disasters.
