Summary of Specifications:
As requested by the Albany County Executive’s Office, the County is seeking proposals for a consultant to assist in the creation of a Request for Proposal (Development RFP), which shall include but not be limited to: developing programming, conceptual design, and all technical aspects of a design-build RFP, for the development of a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) of approximately 250 beds. The selected consultant will also provide the documents necessary to amend a certificate of need (CON), including all necessary liaison with the State Department of Health.
