Summary of Specifications:
The County of Albany is seeking proposals for a Computerized Ticketing System as requested by the Albany County Executive and SMG (as an agent for the County of Albany). It is the intent of this Request For Proposal to solicit proposals from experienced ticketing businesses to support the requirements of the Times Union Center. Proposals will be accepted only from established computerized ticketing businesses with experience in box office, remote outlet and telephone/internet sales operations.
