ITB-2011-012 - CR312 Highway Rehabilitation Project

Summary of Specifications:
The work site is located at: CR312 (Clarksville South Road) between NY443 and NY143 in the Towns of New Scotland, Coeymans and Westerlo, Albany County. The work includes, but is not limited to: Rehabilitation of CR312 (Clarksville South Rd.) to provide a paved roadway width of 22 ft. (two 11’ travel lanes and two 2’ gravel shoulders). Drainage work includes drainage structure and end section installation, cross culvert cleaning, driveway culvert replacement and ditching. Earthwork includes shoulder box out, installation of underdrain and embankment fore slope flattening. Pavement work includes reclaiming existing pavement, geo-grid reinforced subbase, installation of hot mix asphalt concrete base course, binder and top courses across roadway width. Safety improvements include installation of new box beam guide rail, signs and pavement striping.
