Summary of Specifications:
CR 409: Rehabilitation/reconstruction of the existing roadway to a maximum of 10 ft. travel lanes with 2 ft. paved shoulders, replacement of cross-culvert and driveway pipes. Earthwork involves boxing out of shoulders, installation of underdrain and placement of embankment, as required. Roadwork will consist of processing existing asphalt and subbase(to a maximum depth of 4"), with additional aggregate to produce a reclaimed base, partial full-depth construction and asphalt overlays of base, binder and top. The work also includes installation of box beam guide rail and pavement striping.
