ITB-4093 - Bridge Replacments over Dowers Kill & Hannacrois Creek

Summary of Specifications:
Sealed bids for construction of the Bridge Replacements over Dowers Kill and Hannacrois Creek, as requested by the Albany County Department of Public Works will be received by the Albany County Purchasing Agent, Room 940, 112 State Street, Albany, NY until 2:00 PM local time on Tuesday, May 25, 2004. Bid Security in the amount of 5% of the total bid will be required. A separate performance bond, or its equivalent, equal to 100% of the total bid, shall be required of the successful bidder. A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, May 12, 2004 at 9AM at the office of Clough, Harbour & Associates, LLP, III Winners Circle, Albany, NY. Bid specifications may be obtained at the office of the Albany County Purchasing Department, 112 State Street, Room 940, Albany, NY. A $50 deposit is required for each set of bidding documents. Checks shall be made payable to Albany County Director of Finance.
