Summary of Specifications:
Albany County is seeking proposals for "Qualifications and Proposed Fees for Bond Counsel." The selected firm will serve as Bond Counsel to provide legal advisory services as requested by the Albany County Comptroller, including, but not limited to, the County's issuance of general obligation debt, including refunding debt, BAN's, RAN's, disclosure in connection with the issuance of the County obligations, and related tax issues. The selected firm will also be expected to give general advice to the County regarding the issuance of debt by the County.
