Summary of Specifications:
The Albany County Court House is an historical property which is currently under renovation. Through this Request for Bids, the County seeks to contract with a qualified firm for the restoration and refurbishment of 548 pieces of furniture. Services shall include pickup, transport, restoration, storage and delivery and re-installation of the items. **Please note that an extensive site visit will be held, commencing at 7:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 28, 2006. Bidders should convene at the entrance to the Albany County Judicial Center, 6 Lodge Street, Albany NY 12207. Meeting will progress to the Albany County Court House and then to Mabey's Storage Facility in East Greenbush, NY.
