Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this solicitation is to select an offeror who can provide Food Services for Campus Dining Services located at ENMU Portales campus. The successful independent company will provide our students, staff and faculty a continuing food service operation wherein the quality, quantity, and type of food, the manner of service, and the economy of price to the consumer are the primary considerations, and must be satisfactory and subject to the supervision and control of the University.
