Clovis Community College of Clovis, New Mexico (“CCC”), on behalf of itself, Central New
Mexico Community College of Albuquerque, New Mexico (“CNM”), Santa Fe Community
College of Santa Fe, New Mexico (“SFCC”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Parties”), and
other New Mexico Independent Community Colleges (“NMICC”), including Luna
Community College of Las Vegas, New Mexico (“LCC”), Mesalands Community College of
Tucumcari, New Mexico (“MCC”) and San Juan Community College of Farmington, New
Mexico (“SJCC”), are soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to enter into an
Agreement to: provide assistance with business process alignment, gap analysis, and IT
infrastructure analysis; provide assistance with the development of a scope of services for
a Cloud-native ERP solution; assist with the development of a governance document; and
assist with the development of an RFP document for a third-party implementer of the ERP
solution.
