18-2 - Uniforms for the Chaves County Detention Center

Chaves County desires to procure the following uniform items.  Bid shall be based on the approximate numbers specified for each item.  It is the intent to place an initial order upon award based on this estimated quantity.  It is also the desire of the County to utilize the pricing under this bid for placement of additional uniforms as needed through January 31, 2019 (or longer).  Brand names are specified herein and are being requested for standardization purposes.  Although demonstrably equal products will be given consideration. It is important that the uniform match identically, in color and material, the uniforms specified to ensure standardization and desired performance.  The styles specified are minimum acceptable specifications.  It is anticipated that the award for this bid will take place before of by June 30, 2018.
