Sealed bids for the above named Contract, which comprises of Interior Renovations in the Township of Denville, Morris County, New Jersey ("Owner"), will be received by the Township Clerk at the Township of Denville, 1 St. Mary’s Place, Denville, New Jersey 07834 on Thursday, June 22, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time, at which time they will be publicly unsealed and the contents publicly announced.
The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work as shown on the Drawings and as described in the Specifications. The work is located at the Municipal Building on 1 St. Mary’s Place, Denville, NJ 07834 and includes: interior renovations to the second floor offices for the Denville Board of Education Administration. The work shall achieve substantial completion on August 31, 2017 with Final Completion on September 20, 2017.
