The County of Morris is soliciting proposals for Contractors who can provide Social Work Services to the Morris View Healthcare Facility. The goal of this RFP is: 1. To establish a long term relationship with an organization with a core business of providing professional social services to elderly residents in an institutional setting. 2. To establish an on-site service to our residents by identifying their social and psychosocial needs and facilitate the provision of services to meet those needs.
