Summary of Specifications:
A need exists for Professional Engineering Services to investigate and prepare a Remedial Investigation Report (RIR) for the property located at 260 Littleton Road, Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey, County of Morris. The site was purchased by the County in 2009. The prior owner had a 550-gallon storage tank removed in May, 2008. Prior to the land purchase, the current owner hired Bluestone Environmental Services, LLC to prepare a Site Investigation Report (attached). The NJDEP was provided a copy of this report. The NJDEP sent a Notice of Deficiency letter dated October 16, 2009, based on this report. The consultant shall provide the necessary engineering/environmental services to complete a Remedial Investigate Report (RIR) in accordance with New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection N.J.A.C. 7:26E-4. The consultant will prepare the following regulatory reports: Remedial Investigation Report and any other necessary NJDEP correspondence pertaining to the RIR.
