Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this proposal is to obtain firm fixed price proposals from firms specializing in providing transportation services for a wide variety of clients of various County programs on an as needed basis, described as "on demand transportation services". It is the County's intention to select a pool of transportation providers as a result of this bid. Morris County is interested in contracting with between three (3) and six (6) carriers under this proposal.
