Summary of Specifications:
Bidders are hereby notified and advised that Morris County has invited bids that allow for co-location on communications tower premises. The County may elect to provide for the simultaneous leasing of the leased premises to other tenant(s) under a lease identical in form as the subject lease except as to the amounts of rent. Each lease entered into under this bid shall provide for co-location to the maximum extent.

The term of the lease shall be for an initial term of ten (10) years, with three (3) automatically renewable five (5) year extensions. A sample proposed form of lease is attached.
