Summary of Specifications:
This specification is prepared for the purpose of securing labor rates for general and emergency Plumbing repairs, to supplement the Morris County Buildings & Grounds Division and Morris County Correctional Facility when necessary, to provide general Plumbing service and repair in the buildings it is responsible for. In addition to emergency repair work, the County may request assistance with preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting and replacement of fixtures.
