Summary of Specifications:
This specification is prepared for the purpose of securing labor rates for general and emergency garage door repairs, not limited to replacement, to supplement the Morris County Buildings & Grounds Division when necessary, to provide general garage door service and repair in the buildings it is responsible for. In addition to emergency repair work, the County may request assistance with preventative maintenance, trouble-shooting and replacement of said doors.
