Summary of Specifications:
The intent of this specification is to obtain the services of a contractor to perform general carpentry work at various County Facilities as-needed. If work constitutes an emergency, it must be take care of within twenty four (24) hours of work request. If work requested is not considered an emergency then it must be performed within five (5) working days of the work request. Carpentry contractor will be expected to perform general carpentry work necessary for the maintenance and up-keep of Morris County Facilities in accordance with building code or accepted trade practice.
