The County of Morris is soliciting proposals for qualified respondents to perform an internal programmatic and financial review of the operations associated with operating Morris View Healthcare Center, a 283 bed Long Term Care Facility. The analysis shall identify various cost reduction and revenue enhancement opportunities that may be available in an effort to reduce County subsidization and address the anticipated continued reduction in Medicaid revenue while still providing the highest level of service for its residents.
