Summary of Specifications:
The County of Morris is soliciting proposals from Professional Engineering Consultants, licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, to provide assistance to the Engineering Division of the Morris County Department of Public Works, with Construction Inspection (Clerk of the Works) services for bridge, road and drainage construction projects within Morris County.

The term of awarded contract shall run for twelve (12) consecutive months, from August 5, 2013 through August 4, 2014. This Proposal may be extended for additional one year periods, but in the aggregate shall not exceed three (3) consecutive years. Individuals will be hired on an as needed basis for specific projects based on the hourly rate quoted.
