Summary of Specifications:
The County of Morris is seeking a Vendor that shall develop a central service indirect cost allocation plan and indirect cost rates proposal based on actual costs incurred for Calendar Year 2011 and 2012, in accordance with Federal OMB Circular A-87 and ASMB C-10, so that the indirect cost reimbursement can be maximized for the County’s Welfare Agency and Healthcare Facility, as well as other Federal and State funded grants and contracts.
