Summary of Specifications:
The Morris County Insurance Fund (MCIF) is soliciting proposals from attorneys, licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, to provide General Counsel/Litigation Management services on as needed basis at the rate of $120.00 per hour during calendar year 2013. The term will be one year, commencing on January 1, 2013. 

The MCIF serves the County of Morris in all insurance and litigation matters. The County of Morris is self-insured with a self-insured retention of $500,000. Above this level, the County maintains excess insurance policies. The MCIF is administered by Commissioners appointed by the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders. The MCIF meetings are held twice monthly and are attended by the Commissioners, the Insurance Consultant, a Third-Party Claims Administrator (TPA) and the Morris County Risk Manager.
