Summary of Specifications:
The Morris County Insurance Fund (MCIF) is soliciting proposals from attorneys, licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, to provide General Counsel/Litigation Management services on as needed basis at the rate of $120.00 per hour during the year 2012. The term will be one year from award of contract. 

The MCIF serves the County of Morris in all insurance and litigation matters. The County of Morris is self-insured with a self-insured retention of $500,000. Above this level, the County maintains excess insurance policies. The MCIF is administered by Commissioners appointed by the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders. The MCIF meetings are held twice monthly and are attended by the Commissioners, the Insurance Administrator to the MCIF, a Third-Party Claims Administrator (TPA) and the Morris County Risk Manager.
