Bids/RFPS must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder, and the Bid/RFP number and title spelled out on the outermost packaging, addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris.
Bid proposals shall be delivered to the Purchasing Agent either in person at the hour designated, or previous thereto, by delivery or mail, at the Morris County Purchasing Division, Room 517, Administration & Records Building, PO Box 900, Morristown, New Jersey, 07963 0900. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance.
