LEGAL NOTICE
Separate sealed proposals will be received by the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris on Wednesday June 15th, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. prevailing time in the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Room 517, fifth floor, Administration & Records Building, Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey for:
FIRE ALARM MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION AT THE MORRIS COUNTY CORRECTIONAL FACILITY
The specifications may be obtained at the Office of the Purchasing Agent, Room 517, fifth floor, Administration & Records Building, Court Street, Morristown, New Jersey.
Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words "Fire Alarm Maintenance ", addressed to the Purchasing Agent of the County of Morris.
The bid must also be accompanied by a Non Collusion Affidavit, a Stockholders Certificate and a Certificate of Insurance, NJ Business Registration Certificate.
A non-mandatory site inspection and Pre-Bid Conference will be conducted by Morris County only, on Wednesday, June 1st, 2011, at 9:00am at the Morris County Correctional Facility 43 John Street Morris Township. For further information please contact Dave Barter, Assistant Fire Marshal 973-829-8200
Bid proposals shall be delivered to the Purchasing Agent either in person at the hour designated or previous thereto, by delivery or mail, to the Morris County Purchasing Division, Room 517, Fifth Floor, Administration & Records Building, PO Box 900, Morristown, New Jersey 07963 0900. No Bids shall be accepted after the designated time. Morris County will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service.
The right to reject any or all bids and to waive immaterial formalities is reserved.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. Business Registration for Contracts (Chapter 57 Laws of 2004) All Bidders submit a copy of their proof of registration with bids.
This Proposal is being solicited through a fair and open process, in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44 A-20.4 et seq.
