Summary of Specifications:
The County of Morris is soliciting proposals from Professional Architects/Engineering Consultants, licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, to provide design services and construction documents for the Phase II Development of Artificial Turf Athletic Fields and a Paved Trail System at the Central Park of Morris County, Central Avenue, Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. 

The scope will include design and construction documents for the Phase II artificial turf athletic fields and a paved trail system design based on initial concepts developed by T & M Associates for this project. 

The project encompasses the Phase II Development of the Central Park of Morris County which is to convert existing land located at Block 10 / Lot 1.03, Parsippany-Troy Hills, N.J. into an athletic complex. The design should be modeled to be consistent with the Phase I recreation improvements, infrastructure and accessory structures/parking lots located on the south side of Central Avenue.
