Summary of Specifications:
The County of Morris is soliciting proposals from attorneys, licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey, to serve as County Counsel on a part-time basis. The individual selected will be paid at hourly rates to be established by the Morris County Board of Chosen Freeholders, and will not be hired as an employee, or receive a salary or benefits. The individual selected will be expected to personally perform the contractual services as County Counsel, and shall not simultaneously serve as the municipal attorney for any Morris County municipality.
