The County of Morris is soliciting proposals from Professional Engineering Consultants licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey to provide Construction Inspection Services for the Replacement of Waterloo Road Bi-County Bridge No. 1401-038 over the Musconetcong River in the Township of Mount Olive and Borough of Netcong, Morris County and Borough of Stanhope, Sussex County.
The project is funded by the New Jersey Department of Transportation (NJDOT). All NJDOT guidelines/requirements will be followed during the replacement of Waterloo Road Bi-County Bridge No. 1401-038.
"Proposals are being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2, et seq., and as such, contractors are exempt from the limitations on making political contributions under that law. Further, for that reason, as well as because of a language in the New Jersey's Annual Appropriations Act, refusal to disclose campaign contributions otherwise required by N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.2 et seq. and 19:44A-20.25 et seq., will not adversely affect your consideration for award."
The NJDOT will fund the construction and construction inspection of this bridge project; cost plus fixed fee with the NJDOT approved overhead rates and procedures are to be used when preparing the Cost Proposal
